Notes
The Liverpool-born James (Jay) McEveley has switched his allegiance to Scotland, despite having already played for England at youth international level.
Under FIFA regulations a player can choose a different nationality before his 21st birthday and McEveley did so before he turned 21.
He is qualified for Scotland through his Dumfries-born grandfather.
