Notes
Forthbank Stadium is a football stadium in Stirling. It is the home ground of Stirling Albion. The stadium has a capacity of 3,808.
Forthbank was constructed by Stirling Council to replace the towns older football stadium Annfield. The council had decided that Annfield was beyond repair and decided to build Forthbank on the outskirts of the town. Forthbank has been the home of Stirling Albion since 1993. Forthbank was named after the first football ground in Stirling Forthbank Park.
Forthbank was constructed in 1992, at the time it was designed to be an all seater stadium with plans to expand the capacity by constructing two terraces behind each goal. These terraces were constructed in the mid 1990’s and host space for an extra 300 people in each terrace.
